About Your Role

As a Registered Nurse at Fidens, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to clients in a community setting. Guided by our mission to provide an exceptional and seamless wellness experience, you'll assess individual needs and plan, coordinate, and deliver nursing support in line with Fidens policies and under the direction of the Clinical Services Manager.


This role combines clinical expertise with compassion, focusing on improving health outcomes through education, preventative care, and rehabilitation. You’ll also contribute to continuous improvement by developing your skills and maintaining positive, collaborative relationships with clients, families, and the wider support team.


Here are the key roles and responsibilities:


  • Demonstrate quality, best practice clinical care in accordance with the RN standards of practice.

  • Demonstrate application of the legislation, standards, codes, ethics and competency standards related to registered nursing.

  • Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, applying sound skills in communication, conflict resolution and negotiation.

  • Deliver exemplary person centric services demonstrating innovation and flexibility to approaching health care issues for participants.

  • Demonstrate leadership and mentoring skills.

  • Support and implement the values and organisational direction.

  • Demonstrate personal drive and professionalism.


As a Registered Nurse at Fidens, you’ll play a pivotal role in improving access to healthcare services, preventing illness, and promoting healthier lifestyles by providing health education, counselling, and rehabilitation programs to improve the health outcomes of clients.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications

  • Award and Level: Nurses Award 2023– RN Level

  • Registered or eligible for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia

  • Hold or be eligible to obtain a current practicing certificate
